Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask all clients to respect our scheduling policies.
Appointment Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in:
Cancellation fees
Loss of booking deposit
Loss of membership session
Depending on the service booked.
No Shows
Clients who do not attend scheduled appointments without notice may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving significantly late may require:
Reduced service time
Service modification
Appointment rescheduling
To avoid affecting other appointments.
Deposits
Certain services may require non-refundable booking deposits, especially:
Balayage
Blonde transformations
Color corrections
Extensions
Deposits are deducted from the final service total.
Membership Bookings
Membership appointments remain subject to availability and booking confirmation.
Repeated no-shows or excessive last-minute cancellations may affect membership privileges.
